The fact that Scores are different should not race any Racial Discriminations concerns, because the same 15-18 points difference in IQ Score could be found between various culturally isolated white communities internationally (was tested in US and England), or Indian, or Russian groups. And the the Flynn effect took place in urban areas.
Another IQ Score Phenomenon is that the study of blacks whose IQs were 140 and up found that there were more than five times as many females as males at these levels.
